Some years ago, three hundred whales were found marooned on a beach. Scientists speculated that the whales had been chasing sardines and became trapped in shallow water when the tide went out. Now, that's an amazing thing. By chasing little sardines, these gigantic creatures were ultimately led to their doom.
Many people waste their lives chasing sardines, so to speak. They major on the minors and have no clear focus or objective in mind. But GOD tells us what should be the primary goal of every person---->LOVE! If we can get our priorities straight in this area, everything else will come together. We just have to be LOVE. Its more then going to heaven or following rules to be counted "good" its becoming transformed, becoming LOVE. Be an overfill of LOVE. When people see you they light up because you bring happiness to everyone around you. That's LOVE. When you do these things its more then following rules, its a relationship you have now with GOD. GOD will become a natural outflow of our commitment to Him. GOD first loved us so we loved him. LOVE is so powerful. He's our father, the creator. Do you know Father means-come hence from, and GOD means-the source of life...so when you say "Father GOD" you're saying I came from the source of life!. Wow right. What a powerful statement. The source of Life. The creator. When you meet your favorite music artist who made your favorite song or your favorite actor who made your favorite movie, you love that person because people love celebrities and artist for their creations....well GOD is the creator of your life, he made EVERYTHING. So get his autograph. Put posters on your wall of the greatest creator/inventor/artist ever. GOD!!! ♥♥♥♥ Pretty cool and unique when you look at it like that right. :)
" love the Lord your GODwith all your heart, all your soul, and all your mind" (Matthew 22:37, NLT), and two, "Love your neighbor as yourself " (verse 39, NLT).
When Jesus spoke these words, He was identifying what should be the focus of every person. Essentially, He was saying that love is the basis for all obedience. If you really love GOD, then you will naturally want to do the things that please Him. It won't even be an issue of pleasing GOD or not you will be walking in LOVE and doing what's right will come automatically. That's transformation! ♥
Stand up for the good in life. There is enough evil. Be the CHANGE. Make a difference! :) ♥
